Conducted UX research to evaluate and improve the usability of an existing government website concept for Plateau state, identifying areas for better accessibility and user experience.
Designed a concept landing page for the proposed Plateau State Government website redesign, and developed wireframes to outline core structures and user flows.
Built a custom design system to ensure visual consistency and scalability, and created high-fidelity screens for the full website aligned with accessibility standards.
Collaborated with stakeholders throughout the process, presenting design solutions and iterating based on feedback to refine the final outcome.

Designed end-to-end user experiences across roles (customers, operators, admins) through wireframes, flows, and prototypes.
Built and maintained the design system, ensuring consistent typography, colors, components, and visual standards.
Created high-fidelity mockups, interactive prototypes, and tracking dashboards, working closely with developers for smooth handoff.

Designed and delivered features for a cross-platform telemedicine application (web and mobile) to improve patient–doctor interactions, and designed key modules for the eClinic EMR system supporting hospital workflows and healthcare providers.
Worked closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation and design consistency across platforms, and performed implementation audits to verify final builds matched design specifications.
Conducted design reviews for both eClinic and SmartHealth to maintain quality, usability, and alignment with product goals.
Collaborated with a cross-functional team to design a fintech product for users in DR Congo, enabling them to link multiple bank accounts and make split payments with friends and family.
